A General Meeting (GA) is held every year. The moral report, the activity report and the financial report are presented. The AG, in addition to its statutory function, is an opportunity for patients and their families to meet and discuss their daily lives as well as the problems they encounter. The reports are forwarded to the members.
The members of the Board of Directors are elected for a period of three years. It is composed of 15 people at most. Outgoing members may reappoint.
Any person who is a member of the association and has paid his membership fee may apply.
The Board is composed of the President(s), the Vice-President(s), the Treasurer(s) and the Secretary. It is intended to ensure the daily life of the Association. It must refer to the Board of Directors for decisions and guidelines.
